Congratulations to Aeronautics As co-champions, after completing college, Aeronautics will have future opportunities to embark on a mini world tour, including capstone performances in Cape Town, South Africa where The Caprice performed and shared the stage with some of South Africa's greatest musicians. Congratulations to all participating acts. The judging panel had a tremendously difficult time deciding the champion as all seven finalists are exceptional in their own right. Scores and online voting were close, but Aeronautics and The Caprice managed to edge out the other finalists, and will launch their first international performances...with surely many more in the years to follow. Anthem is proud of the seven finalists, 58 semifinalists, and approximately 1200 participating acts of the 2008 IMF. While there can only be one touring act at once, many acts deserve recognition. Check out the Best of the IMF. If you have what it takes to perform in the 2009 IMF, sign up in a city near you! Each year, the IMF raises awareness and funds for its partner charity - CHOSA and enhances the careers of hundreds of talented musicians. Check back to the site for updated dates and cities. |

Our band consists of childhood friends and family who know each other really well and their talents compliment one another. This makes creating quality music easy. We have spent quite a few years developing and coming up with our own sound and we feel it is different from anything out there today. It is clean and wholesome and reminscent of music from the 1950's and 60's when music was appropriate for all ages. We take our music seriously and operate the band as a business. We have a reputation for being reliable, looking good and sounding good. We have been influenced by artists such as John Mayer, Cold Play, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Third Eye Blind and even Johnny Cash!
